These terms apply to MO Amusement at moamusement.org, including the public site, membership intake, Ask MO Amusement, and the member portal.

The association is not a law firm. Nothing on the platform is legal advice or a certification that a machine, game, or business practice is lawful.

Compliance cases are association records. Opening a case is not a court or agency filing. Privilege, if any, arises only with independent counsel you retain.

Keep original documents. Uploads are copies stored with a SHA-256 hash for integrity.
