We collect membership inquiries, compliance-case materials, and account activity needed to operate the association. Employer identification numbers, when stored on the organization master record, are never shown on public pages.

Transactional SMS is only for a request you start (a case update or a membership follow-up you asked for). Marketing SMS requires a separate opt-in and is never implied by transactional consent.

Call recording and transcription are off by default and stay off until counsel issues a written GO.
